These terms govern your use of the State Union Bank platform. The platform is banking technology and is not itself a licensed bank.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, resident in the United States, and able to complete identity verification before moving money.
Accounts and balances
Balances are derived from an immutable double-entry ledger. Every entry is permanent; corrections are made through reversing entries, never by editing history.
Acceptable use
You may not use the platform for unlawful activity, money laundering, sanctions evasion or fraud. Accounts may be frozen pending review.
Liability
The platform is provided without warranty. Settlement timing depends on the connected payment provider and receiving institution.
