These terms govern your use of the State Union Bank platform. The platform is a software prototype running in SANDBOX / TEST MODE. It is not a bank, holds no banking licence or regulatory approval, and no real money is held or moved.
Sandbox environment
All accounts, balances and transactions are fictional test data used for development and testing. Do not submit real account numbers, real identity documents or real funds. Real-money functionality would only operate through licensed, authorized providers with verified transaction confirmation.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, resident in the United States, and able to complete identity verification before moving money.
Accounts and balances
Balances are derived from an immutable double-entry ledger. Every entry is permanent; corrections are made through reversing entries, never by editing history.
Acceptable use
You may not use the platform for unlawful activity, money laundering, sanctions evasion or fraud. Accounts may be frozen pending review.
Liability
The platform is provided without warranty. Settlement timing depends on the connected payment provider and receiving institution.
